FITNESS PROGRAM
Let our highly qualified
instructors put you through a "High Altitude Workout".
SPORT
CONDITIONING Intervals of cardiovascular and strength/conditioning
are varied to attain a high level workout. It's instructors' choice of types
of cardio conditioning so be prepared to move in a variety of ways. Various
options in
equipment, and, will enhance any sport
specific activity.
CORE FIT Use of your powerhouse in all aspects of this class. Direct emphasis on
core connection, more specifically ab isolation with less back working.
Variety of tools used in class but awareness to core connections are of
utmost importance. Core boards, balance discs, fitballs.
POWER SCULPT Use of various equipment to stimulate muscle use. You will
work every
muscle group in the body and be energized through this strength oriented
class. Come prepared
to connect with your muscles in new ways so you know they are truly being
worked!
DANCE CARDIO Cardio moves mixed with dance steps for a
complete cardio enhancing class. Lots of fun, new and different moves that
make your body work as well as you mind at times!!!
STEP
CHALLENGE A terrific low impact workout; yet, intense total body
workout. Instructor will utilize other forms of cardio conditioning to
provide variety and cross training. An effective and safe way to improve
overall fitness for all levels of athletes.
SUPER
SCULPT All muscle all the time. Work all major muscle
groups using dumbbells, bands, steps, coreboards and fitballs for a total
body workout that strengthens, conditions and tones. Learn muscle isolation
and improve your ability to spot strengthen and/or create more capacity for
your body to respond and introduce new patterns. Lots of core strength is
additional to this class.
PILATES MAT A method of stretch and strengthening, from the
1920's, that has made a well deserved comeback! A series of mat exercises
based on the Pilates principles of increased core strength, muscle
flexibility, free flowing movement and increased breathing efficiency. This
class will improve your body awareness, leaving you energized and flexible.

YOGA Sequential movement with Yoga postures designed to promote flexibility,
strength and energy flow. Our variety of yoga instructors will provide you
with an extensive formula for success in attaining newfound flexibility
and/or creating strength from within. All forms of Yoga are used. |
